Tea Top - Ellicott City

Quick review: This restaurant gets a perfect 10/10! The service is outstanding, the drinks are both tasty and easy to digest, and the place is impeccably clean. I highly recommend checking it out!

To enhance the experience, it would be beneficial to have a binder with ingredient information readily available at the front. In most restaurants or quick-service establishments, the front-of-house staff is typically knowledgeable about the entire menu. I recommend providing additional training for the front staff or having an allergy/ingredients binder available for both customers and employees to consult.

I’ve only been there once, but their menu boasts an impressive variety, and the tea I ordered was exceptional.

It's easy to see why this Tea Top location is so popular. The butterfly blue sky tea is truly wonderful! Butterfly pea tea has a calming effect, so if you're looking for some relaxation, I highly recommend any of their butterfly tea options. The mango green tea was also very flavorful; if you have a discerning palate, you'll appreciate the subtle nuances and depth of its taste. Personally, I think I would have enjoyed the mango green tea even more without any sugar. If you're a snacker, they offer some great options as well. If you're a tea lover, make sure to add this spot to your list!

What a charming place for a casual hangout! One of the staff members—possibly the owner—was incredibly accommodating and even let me sample different levels of syrup in my tea until I found the perfect taste. I ordered the alpine rose with no sugar and 80% syrup, and it was just flavorful enough. The popcorn chicken was served fresh and hot as well. My friends and I really enjoyed our time there!
