Baskin-robbins - Ellicott City

Took my family here for ice cream. Wanted to sample a new flavor before ordering the lady behind the counter scoffed and said no samples. Not typical but okay. She proceeded to be impatient, rude, and unclear. Won’t be back and would definitely drive the extra distance to go literally anywhere else. Time for corporate to do a re train at this location.

SHOCKING !!Horrible, Inefficient and Rude staff.The Old lady is an Indian (seems Gujarati) and her family is running this place.She behaved horribly with the way she spoke including the men who worked there, I think they are her children.I could here the mother screaming at them. (Old lady )We were not allowed to have samples. I’ve been having baskin robbins since a child and it’s the first time, my family and I were refused for samples in a rude manner.The quantities given were extremely less and the flavours were not the same in taste.In the whole of America, it’s the first time I’m tasting ice cream which was not at all same in flavour or appearance and that I am unable to taste the samples..I wonder if these illiterates are mixing ice cream with something else for cost cutting or storing inappropriately.The Jamoca Almond Fudge I had felt like I’m having crystallised junk in vanilla.The waffle cones were horrible and soft and tasted weird.I and my entire family who purchased 5 ice creams were shocked as everyone had the same issue.When asked they didn’t even bother to respond properly and made faces and behaved rude. I didn’t make a scene as I was with family but I wanted to make sure I put this reviewIt’s sheer disappointment and ignorance by baskin Robbins not taking any action after multiple instances being reviewed by customers.

The ice cream is terrible tasting and the staff is extremely rude. It's unbelievable. Save your money and time.

This used to be my favorite place when I was younger - great ice cream, atmosphere, and people. However, the rude and ignorant Indian lady who owns the place has ruined it all. It's actually kind of funny to go there because our interactions are so ridiculous. She always yells at me, I make a face at her, and it just escalates from there. My mom even gets into arguments with her because they always mess up our order and forget our spoons. It's strange that they claim to be open 24 hours but won't let me in at night. Both the owner and her husband have bad attitudes, and they seem to have marriage problems too. The owner once banged on the window at me because I was walking the wrong way to the drive-thru. The ice cream is always melted, the waffle cones are soggy, and her face just annoys me. They even limit how much I can order. It's clear that she knows everyone in Baltimore hates her, which might explain why she always has a scowl on her face.

SERIOUSLY RUDE!!!!!! I JUST CAME FROM THERE TONIGHT AND IN THE DRIVE THRU I WAS RUSHED WHILE ONLY BEING THERE FOR 2 MINUTES!!! TOLD ME I COULDN'T BE SERVED AND TOLD TO COME INSIDE BECAUSE THERE WAS A TIMER....A TIMER?????? THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE, AND THEY ACTED LIKE THEY WERE BUSY AND COULDN'T SERVE US! THIS BASKIN ROBBINS IN ELLICOTT CITY NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES!!! YOU JUST LOST OUR BUSINESS UNTIL YOU FIRE THEM!
