great original restaurant. eating is above, there was a white carving with pommes. I didn't eat it better. the calf has been on the spot. the panade did not stick to the meat and was fluffy. the raw roast was also nice medium and juicy. the late zle are an optimal supplement with the sauce. the looking for good home cooking at high level is here.
