Papa Johns Pizza - Ellettsville

Ordered a extra large pizza, received a large instead. Not the first time, avoid the Ellettsville location if you can.

Place my order online. Never have any issues! I select what I want and how I want it.I receive text alerts on the progress of my order. You can pay online or in store. I wish there was a location in my town, but worth the drive. I love their mobile food truck and make visits to my town.Thank you PAPA John's

I called in and placed a delivery order. They now use a foreign call in center. I could not understand her and she could not understand me. Food was 50-70 min and they were way past that. I called to ask about this call center and why my food was late and the manager could care less. Apparently press 5 and it goes direct. When did ordering pizza become like calling customer service about your broken appliance??

Order 28 pizzas for football team. We order here, alot. Have to say that these were the best pizzas we have ever had from PJs. They were hot, fresh, and topped just right. Thanks!

Earlier I got pizzas here weekly (they were always delicious and prompt); but my recent experience will be my last order. the pizza fell apart, barely baked and lasted 80 minutes to arrive on Saturday afternoon. that has been happening consistently for months. the fact that papa john now uses doordash is also not a way for me. much luck.
