The spare... read more Additionally, I found the pricing to be exorbitant. They charged £3 for a portion of chips, which consisted of only 10 very low-quality frozen chips. The spare ribs were nearly £6 for a very small portion, and they were comparable to frozen products from the supermarket. Due to the missing items, I decided to return all the food to the restaurant for a refund. However, when I arrived, the cashier informed me that he couldn't process a refund because the order was placed through Just Eat and that I needed to go through them instead. I reluctantly left the food on the counter and followed his instructions. After a week of trying to reach Just Eat without any response, I had to file a PayPal dispute for the refund. Eventually, I received a voucher for Just Eat, which isn't ideal since the only restaurant in Ellesmere that uses Just Eat is a Thai restaurant, and I have no plans to visit it again. I believe the restaurant should have refunded me upon the return of the uneaten food. Overall, it was overpriced, of low quality, and misleading in terms of the menu. There are much better dining options available at small Thai noodle bars for a fraction of the price. I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant. *UPDATE* I sent an email to the restaurant regarding the refund, as suggested in response to my original review, but it has been a week with no reply. It seems they only replied initially to improve their image. I returned three dishes: two beef stir-fry dishes and one chicken fried rice, along with the two missing portions of boiled rice. I only requested a refund for the returned items and kept the subpar chips and ribs. We also mentioned the poor quality of the chips when we called before returning the food.

Both of which had absolutely incredible food. the restaurant is decorated beautifully, and is staffed by absolutely lovely people who are very kind and attentive. I spoke to the owner (who somehow managed both cooking and taking care of the front of house amazingly!! and she was so so lovely. If you're in Ellesmere, you MUST eat from this restaurant, it's incredible! Meal type: Dinner
