Very nice and uncomplicated host. the service staff was also very friendly and friendly. ess- and beet were very good. breakfast buffet plentiful and it has always been relocated. great quiet location on the mosel. we had a room with moss and it was wonderful. E-Bike rental in the hotel, so cochem, beilstein or senheim could be explored without any problems. we recommend this hotel definitiw further and will come back next year!

A very nice hotel.The staff and the chef have fulfilled the desires I have in a good service place.The only thing to complain is the older furniture. my conclusion is I would be back in this hotel anytime.

It can not be that you will not fit 3 nights booked for >500€ and then the cleanliness of the room. after 2x inform about it!!! the trip was booked on the occasion of a 25th anniversary and 50th birthday and instead of offering an apologies a glass wein, eat or the like, you will only consider the necessary? what is this for a customer service? quite bad, honest. after a good first impression that this is ruining with such a thing does not have to be. I think the host wants to have a clean room on his holiday.

Were overwhelming, were really excited hotel super clean. the staff very attentive and super friendly you can only recommend the house again and again.
