Starbucks - Ellenton

This shop was busy on a hot day! It 's easy to be irritated with people who cannot make up their mind. However, my favorite part was watching a woman who was deaf in front of me sign to the young man behind the counter. She only bought the water and signed, That 's all and keep the change. The young man signed back, Thank you. It was a beautiful moment. Really. I appreciate the fact that he could communicate with her. Of course, then my chance to order...they were out of a seasonal syrup and the young man who had signed to the woman in front of me was new. Another staff member kindly came up to notify me that they could make something else for me. Fyi... This Starbucks is run by the mall, so you cannot use your app to pay. I didn 't feel like I had been inconvenienced, though.

Rude staff and extremely dirty inside. Garbage all over the floor. Person taking my order was very rude, not friendly, rushed me and asked me if I had exact change since they had no change in their drawer. I told them not to worry about it and then I saw them take my change out of the drawer and throw it in their tip jar. Person making my coffee didn't put the lid on properly and the cup buckled and the coffee almost spilled. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

Just your run of the mill starbucks. good, nothing crazy though. drink and cake pop was good. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Hands down one of the best Starbucks that I have been to. Very clean, great service, Manager and the team are super friendly and nice! Thank you for everything.
