Whipsaw Brewing - Ellensburg

Food truck service came out to publicly yell at us for asking about the time our food would come out after 30 minutes. I’m shocked since I’ve never had an experience like this at Whipsaw or anywhere before.

Great place, great time and awesome service. Beers are great and they have fun activities such as trivia and bingo

Being from Montana I know about a brewery or two and by far whipsaw had everything that made having a beer feel comfortable and at home. Great atmosphere, great beer and great staff. Will be returning every time!!

A nice selection of brews, a few bottles of wine in the fridge for those who prefer, and a food truck sharing a great outdoor seating area make this a great casual pick!

It 's hard to believe that a one-of-a-kind brewery like @whipsawbrewing could have begun with roots as humble as a Mr. Beer kit.The name whipsaw comes an old logging term/tool. It was a two-person saw that required a lot of teamwork. The saw represented the founders ' hard work to make the brewery/taproom a reality, as well as representing their roots; Those roots consist of over 35 years of logging.•••We limped our way into their taproom mid-afternoon on a Sunday after spending the weekend at the Ancient Lakes. We couldn 't have made a better decision.This place was an absolute vibe. As soon as we drove up, we were blown away by their setup. They had an expansive patio with a variety of seating, most offering shade ?Inside, they had a large space with multiple tv 's playing a good selection of games. The inside was mostly empty as the weather was a perfect Wa 75 and everyone wanted to be outside. We chose to do the same.While there were had a flight Pint.
