This business recently changed to La Santa, and it’s nothing compared to Ellensburg Mexican Grill or Roslyn Mexican Grill. Do not be mistaken, it’s new owners, different menu, and very low quality food that doesn’t taste authentic or fresh. They don’t have any alcohol because they don’t have their liquor license yet. This place is no longer in operation; it has been replaced by a different restaurant.
This place has gone downhill. High priced! Worst burrito my dining partner ever had. Don't order the octopus, three tiny tentacles for $15.00. Wish I would have taken a picture, because it was laughable. I could go on, but bottom line won't be back.
The staff are very nice. But they recently updated their menu and removed their vegan option tacos. They were the only place in town where you could get a good vegan Taco. Now there are none.
The service was excellent but the food wasn't. There wasn't any flavor in the enchilada sauce and the chicken was very dry. Pre- Hispanic? I am not a fan. I miss the Yellow Church.
I highly recommend this place! The food is excellent, the service is great, and the atmosphere is wonderful! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
