Dairy Queen - Ellensburg

Food quality is the on par with other Dairy Queen Franchises. I will comment on the drive through experience. I don't know what it is about this store but everytime I dine here the wait time is abnormally long. You will sit and wait even though you order one of the ice cream treats without food. Do not go here if you are in any type of hurry. The food quality is on par with any other Dairy Queen franchise but, just know you will be waiting to get that treat at this store.

Have grown to really love the blizzard shakes. They seem fairly unparalleled. I really like the turtle pecan flavor.

If I could give this a 0 star, I would! Today was the worst experience I have treated in a fast food chain, ever! windows muddled in my face, screaming at me in front of a small child, telling “a life and happiness to win” from a shift lead that was the only person responsible. a little girl, less than 20, if that. When I asked about the informations of the manager or her name, she bumps back a window in my face that told me to wait, has to stay in the window for 8 minutes to come back and give me an empty paper, laugh and be extremely rude and wave “depart” behind the closed window! I will never spend a penny here again, with many friends and family that is local, we will refuse all our business here again!

Amazing service! I ordered a little blizzard and they did it so well! Very friendly and smiling. While waiting for the food to cook, the lady inside was cleaning the appliances and stay busy! She is a great worker and we are grateful! We need such hard workers!

The trip was closed when I visited, probably due to lack of personnel. They made my grilled chicken burger with mustard instead of Mayo (which is the standard). The toilets were satisfactory.
