D M Coffee Drive Thru - Ellensburg

I am originally from the western Washington area and I am quite selective when it comes to coffee. However, this is by far my favorite coffee shop in the area! They serve incredible drinks. My go-to is the Avalanche, and their cookies, baked goods, and sandwiches are also fantastic. I make sure to visit at least once a week!

The coffee at this restaurant is delicious. It seems like they put a lot of effort into perfecting it. The staff was also fantastic.

The first visit was satisfactory, but this time we encountered some issues. We asked a waitress with short black hair to make my tea sweet and easily drinkable. Unfortunately, the tea was served scalding hot, causing the cup to ignite. When we requested ice, there was no space in the cup for it. Eventually, the tea cooled down, but there was barely any syrup in it, just enough for color. The waitress seemed more interested in receiving a tip than ensuring our satisfaction.

The first time was not bad. this time we had a girl with short black hair that was asked to make my tee on the sweet side and drinkable. they made it to the bottom hot burning, the machine ignited and offered ice without space in my cup to insert it. when it was finally cooled, there was only enough syrup in it for the color. she made sure she was looking for a tipp.

I don't know what's going on with D&M coffee these days. No consistency severs don't listen when ordering and this morning I get I don't usually work in the morning and don't make your drinks REALLY. Who trains these people.? I would really like to be charged the same price as the week day people and have my drink at least taste the same.
