The staff was quite rude. I was scolded more about my ice cream than what was listed on the menu (no extras or specialty milk), and when the wrong order was brought to me, I politely informed them, only to receive an eye roll in response. Overall, the customer service was terrible. Normally, I would never recommend Ever Dome, but in this case, they truly deserve to be avoided. View all feedback.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and truly outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious—everyone at our table of four adults and one child had no complaints. Everything was beautifully presented, and we finished every dish. They even provided coloring materials for the little one, which was a nice touch. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this restaurant!
Just visited laneway this morning for the first time food was amazing and the customer service was fantastic, everything is all tidy and the vibes are so positive willDefinitely be coming all the time
Edited for clarity: Menulog menu is misleading as it states including fries but it does not come with fries. I understand that this is not entirely the fault of Laneway7 but if they are using the Menulog service it certainly should not be the customer who gets mislead and end up short. 4.5 Stars for food received. 4 Stars for customer service as they offered to compensate after the fact. Please sort your menu with Menulog.
