The tables were nicely spaced although I would have loved to see tablecloths that would have made it more classy. The service was good and the waitress gave me suggestions which I loved to hear. I find it very annoying when the wait staff can't help me decide but here the waitress helped alot and I truly appreciate that. The kitchen was not backed up so we got our food in a timely fashion and the place was pretty packed so that was good we did not have to wait too long. For the food the cauliflower soup was superb (the waitress's choice for me) but I'm afraid the sliced roast beef was a bit too fatty and tough for me. And dessert of the panna cotta was tasteless although the ice cream served with it was great. Overall the experience was good the coziness of the place, the fireplace, and the fine service made up for the few disappointments with the food.

Lots of dough, little tasty filling, no refined taste, but enough variety. The hot part was monotonous and mediocre in quality (same meat presented in two forms , vague (cheese? croquettes. What the Peerdestal is good at is creating a nice atmosphere. Service: Dine in
