I’ve always had a good experience at Parker’s, but this morning was different. My son was using the self-checkout for the first time, and the woman assisting him was quite rude and unhelpful. After I finished getting my drink and placing my order, I got in line, and she said she would help me at her register. When I asked for two packs of Winston Ultra Lights, she just pointed to the empty shelf without even checking for any stock underneath. Instead of being helpful, she simply indicated where the packs should have been and said nothing else. I then asked for two packs of Winston Lights, and she handed them to me with a noticeable attitude. After checking out, I left feeling disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be returning to Parker’s; they really need to hire staff who are willing to work with a positive attitude.
The prices at this restaurant are absurdly high, and the service leaves much to be desired. I've noticed that whenever I order the family deal for chicken, there’s usually something missing. During my last visit, I spent $25 on eight chicken strips, rolls, ten potato logs, and what they called a "large" macaroni. I checked my order before leaving the parking lot and, as expected, the macaroni was missing. When I went back inside, I was surprised to see that the attendant immediately knew why I had returned. I watched her fill a large container, but it was barely half full. When I asked if that was what they considered a large portion, she told me it was just "two scoops," which she insisted was the standard serving size. In short, I paid what I consider inflated prices only to receive an incomplete order and a tiny portion cleverly disguised in a big container. I won’t be coming back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place—many others are heading to Arby’s these days. I regret wasting my time here.
On August 29, 2022, around 11:30 PM, I stopped by for a drink and noticed some food at the bar. When I asked if they were still serving, a familiar staff member kindly informed me that they were not. I attempted to lighten the situation with a joke, but then a new staff member—an African American woman with a mole under her eye—replied harshly. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful, more so than anyone I've ever encountered. I've never dealt with such discourtesy before. If this is how customers are treated, I won't be coming back. It's disappointing that anyone would have to experience this level of service. I would advise others to steer clear of Parkers in Blitchton, GA.
Attention truck drivers! I filled up with diesel here on November 2, 2022, and the price was a reasonable $4.69. Unfortunately, my experience turned frustrating when they charged my debit card $500, putting a hold on those funds for up to five days. I reached out to the manager for assistance, but after some back and forth, she informed me there was nothing she could do due to their Comdata system. It's no surprise that there was no one else at the pump.
The location is excellent! The food is fantastic with plenty of options and served hot! The salads are fresh and crisp, ready to enjoy!
