The food is typical of a Mexican franchise, but it’s freshly prepared, and they are open to making adjustments and accommodating special requests. I had the Burrito Acapulco, filled with freshly chopped bell peppers, onions, and succulent shrimp. It was topped with white cheese and served with rice. Two handmade margaritas, made with just tequila, lime juice, and triple sec (no sour mix!), complemented the meal perfectly.
