This place takes forever to wait on you, and even longer to get your food. Decided to give it a seco... read more I ate here two nights in a row. The first night I got the burnt end appetizer. Basically it was like chewing leather and was horrible. Decided to give it a second chance and got the ruby Tuesday appetizer. Once again the food was cold and tasted horrible. It appears that the kitchen staff is more worried about hanging on than cooking anything. 45 plus minutes on my second appetizer order. Don’t recommend.

Staff walked past us, not even looking at us. I finally asked a salad person, if someone was working the front, he wasn't sure. He went to ask someone and they said it would be a half hour wait. I was bewildered as the place only had 6 occupied tables. I said I was going ro Cracker Barrel as they actually seat people. As I was leaving, I noticed manager outside having a melt down on the telephone. He seemed upset as a waitress appeared to be babysitting him. I would not ever consider coming back to this train wreck. BTW...Had a great meal at Cracker Barrel, was seated immediately.
