Steak was way underdone and so tough I couldn't cut it so I didn't get to eat it. The potato was also hard not cooked fully. Did not get the extra sour cream that I paid for and my order was almost 30 minutes late. Tried to call the driver and got given the eff you button. This was the first and last time I order your food huge disappointment. I have always wanted to try Ruby Tuesdays never had until today. Well I never will again

Actually watched two parties (2 and 4 people respectively) leave without even being acknowledged for at least 5-10 minutes after walking in. In order to have drinks refilled, had to actually flag down a waitress. Then it took 10 minutes for her to return to the table. Finally, my wife used their bathroom, what a mistake! in the first stall, someone had defacated all over the seat, toilet, and floor. She said the smell was horrendous! Worst experience ever at this site since we began visiting it. Do better!
