We had an amazing dining experience at this unexpected gem. This hidden gem is located in a bustling area with many chain restaurants. I tried the chicken bowl and it was delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely visit again when we are in Elko. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Teriyaki Madness:
I was extremely disappointed with the food at this restaurant. The Steak Teriyaki Shot was awful, so I returned it to the counter. They offered me a bowl of chicken teriyaki as a replacement, but it was already tainted by the steak. I ended up wasting $15 and left feeling unsatisfied. View all feedback.
Every time we take a road trip through here, we stop for the amazing food and hospitable staff. Javier was so kind, funny, and polite. Can't say enough about his great service. Thanks Javier!Food: 5/5
Waiting 40min for a regular bowl with noodles, shop was empty when I came in, then it started to get busy, waited patiently because I’m not one to rush anyone especially with food workers, the allegedly had to restart my order, I’m pretty sure they lost my ticket, I frequent Teriyaki Madness in SD and Las Vegas but this has got to be the worst one of the bunch. Awful customer serviceUpdate: Now waited an hour, asked for a refund, but no manager present to give me a refund. Asked for the manager’s name and number and the number goes straight to voicemail, stuck with no choice now but to wait for the food, or lose out on the money. Kitchen staff came out to explain that they jump orders to get orders out and they just kept jumping mine. They are clearly understaffed and that is not the employee’s fault, MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL FOR NOT HIRING ENOUGH EMPLOYEES.
The restaurant was busy when we arrived, and it seemed like they were a little short staffed. Despite that, the food was delicious and we enjoyed a healthy meal for lunch. The bowls were reusable and they even encourage guests to take them home, although we were traveling and didn't have room to do so. The standout feature for us was the forks that could also be used as chopsticks. Overall, a great dining experience. Important note: Gluten-free options are available.
Food was really good. Fast service. We got the spicy orange chicken special (husband didn't think was very spicy) with fried rice, the teriyaki steak with fried rice and teriyaki chicken white rice. The egg rolls are also really good. I got the regular size and it was too much for me to finish off. But my son and husband got a large and regular-just right for them. We will be back!!
Food was good, my problem was I was in a rush and I assumed they would have been quick, this wasn't the case. Other than taking so long, it was goodFood: 4/5
