Costa Vida - Elko

Although not glamorous, it doesn't matter when you're in the middle of Nevada and starving! The servers were very accommodating when we asked about vegan options and made us two large black bean burritos. They were loaded with guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro, corn relish, beans, salsa, and probably more. The burritos were huge and delicious! I will definitely remember this spot in Elko for my next trip on I-80 through Nevada.

The servers were extremely accommodating when we inquired about vegan options, and they made us two enormous black bean burritos. They were loaded with guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro, corn relish, onions, salsa, and other delicious toppings. The final result was not only huge but also incredibly tasty! I will definitely remember this place in Elko the next time I'm passing through Nevada on I-80.
