The salmon was underwhelming with almost no flavor, and it did not pair well with the pilaf, which also lacked taste. The dessert was similarly disappointing and didn’t stand out at all. To top it off, the service was poor, which made the dining experience even less enjoyable. I'm not sure if we would return to Aspen, but if we do, we will definitely avoid the salmon, pilaf, and "special" dessert.

No salad included with the meal without extra charge. The vegetables I did get were morelike a garnish than a side. In fact laughable.

Also I believe it was Steve the maitre d' went above and beyond for a special request I had for my pup. I appreciatedthat more then he’ll ever know.
