Additionally, the young... read more The food was not prepared correctly. The curly fries were cold and mostly filled with old crinkle fries, which was pretty unappetizing. Additionally, the young man at the counter, Sam, could use some training in customer service—he was quite rude and didn't make any eye contact, which was frustrating. Overall, the customer service at this location has been consistently poor, and I won't be returning or spending my money here again.

The service was not only quick but also very friendly. Tim really made us feel at home. We arrived around 10 PM, and to my surprise, the service was even faster than I expected. Keenan was very kind and ensured we got all the sauces we needed. I don't know who the cook was, but their food was incredible! I will definitely be stopping by again when I pass through!
