1863 Appalachian Bistro - Feedback

What Jessica b doesn't like about 1863 Appalachian Bistro:
Very disappointed took 45 min to get a salad, soup quesadilla. My salad was wilted after being in the bag with a hot quesadilla, soup was not good and quesadilla was all veggies and did not taste good at all. The service was horrible I would not recommend this to anyone. The waitress offered to fix me a drink and never came back to see what I wanted. Last Saturday evening, the EHS Class of 1971 celebrated our 51st HS reunion at the 1863 catered by Velora. Around 60 people attended and had an excellent time! Even with a major electric outage that evening, everyting ran smoothly and was delicious. We had a buffet style meal and cash bar. The food was delcious and complemented the warm environment.
