So I absolutely love coming here never had a problem until just now. My ham sandwich smelt good then I take it out of the wrapper and the bottom bun was so soggy. It was so gross. Then my chicken sandwich was over cooled it did not look like the picture at all. The only good thing we got were the Frisco burgers but those were cold. View all feedback.
Ordered my food and waited over 40 minutes for them to bring it out. Got it cold and yet overcooked at the same time.
Ham and cheese sandwich was awful- bottom bun was soggy. When sandwich was lifted liquid literally dripped out.
The Frisco burger is the closest thing we will get to a Jack in the Box Sourdough Jack.
