Description

Nestled in a less-than-ideal location, this restaurant offers a mixed experience that’s hard to ignore. Guests praise the fresh, creatively prepared dishes—particularly the exceptional brunch and dinners—but service can be hit or miss, often hampered by staffing issues. While some reviews highlight the attentive and friendly staff, others report rude encounters and slow seating. The chef-owner's new menu has impressed many, drawing diners back for vibrant meals. Despite occasional service lapses, those seeking a casual yet delicious dining experience can find value here. Just be prepared for potential waits as the kitchen crafts each order to perfection.

Fiddlesticks closed in early January 2022, according to their latest update on Facebook.

This fantastic independent café is unfortunately located in a less than ideal spot. Everything served here is made fresh to order, which does mean it takes a little extra time. But that's the only downside.

I have visited this restaurant several times. The last time I went, I was with my niece and her friend. We waited for about 10-15 minutes before being seated at our table.

Why this place lacks reviews boggles my mind. We left another cafe in Eagle (Hen House) where the service was incredibly poor. Their menu didn 't look all that appetizing either. We were seated by a very friendly waitress who commented on my Colorado hat and made good conversation. We didn 't even get past the today 's specials that she read off to us a breakfast dish of a prime rib skillet, and a pork tenderloin eggs Benedict with a Dijon mustard sauce. Sold. She promised she wouldn 't ditch us after we told her of our leaving the last place. Good food takes awhile to prepare, so be patient, but enjoy a mimosa or Bloody Mary while you wait. Both of our dishes were incredible. The potatoes were sliced and sautéed with perfect seasoning. I 'm glad I ran a 10k before coming here, but it wasn 't a ridiculous amount of food that makes you regret finishing it later. I 'd drive back from IL just to dine here.
