This was the worst experience I've ever had. The sandwiches were flattened and burnt, and the staff were rude. I will never eat here again.

Chili was watery with pieces old hamburgerpatty. (3). the taco salat salat was devastated and brown. the sour cream was no longer there. the baked potato was cold and old. butter had a hard time to melt. I called the load and everything I heard was out. call the company and was operating for 49 minutes. they were hanging up.
If I could give a negative stars I would. The absolute worst experience I've ever had a Wendy's in my life. Ordered a carryout order and waited almost an hour. The Manager cursed out a customer who was complaining about the slow service.. Told us the customers that if we didnt like how fast they were working we should apply to work there, that they could only take 2 orders at a time, meanwhile 10 people in the lobby cars wrapped around the drive thru and about 6 or seven employees and only 2 seemed to be concerned about the customer. Corporate needs to get this store in order. Terrible Terrible. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from a supposed manager, yelling at customers, calling them Karen's for simply expecting a level of professionalism. I hope corporate gets this and watches the camera footage (6/13/22 between 5:30-6) of the appalling behavior from a supposed manager.. definitely the worst and last time I go there unless it is under new management.
