Description

Panda Express has garnered mixed reviews lately, reflecting a declining experience for some patrons. While many appreciate the quick service and familiar flavors, others express disappointment over inconsistent food quality and portion sizes. Ironically, the location's inability to provide sample tastings, limited vegetarian options, and recurring shortages—like running out of ice or key ingredients—detracts from its appeal. Despite the challenges, some diners still admire the hardworking staff and the restaurant's signature dishes, such as the addictive orange chicken. With improvements in service and offerings, this Panda Express could reclaim its reputation as a go-to fast food choice.

Jun 5, 2023 Visited your Panda Express location at: 2719 Cassopolis St, Elkhart, Indiana yesterday for the first time. We have just moved into the area. It was around 4:00p.m. and not very busy. When my husband asked about the Mushroom Chicken (which was empty), Brandon said it would be about a 20 minute wait for that to be ready. My husband decided on another protein. Then I told Brandon that I needed 2 orders of Chow Mein and Orange Chicken. Brandon proceeded to place rice on the platter. I again stated my order and he dumped the rice back and when he went to get the Chow Mein his pen fell into the Chow Mein. He then decided it is was OK to pick the pen out of the Chow Mein with his bare hands. We then asked for a manager as Brandon was giving us attitude as if we were the cause his pen fell into the Chow Mein. Olivia came up and we explained what had just happened and she apologized. When my husband asked for a cup with ice, Olivia said the ice machine has been broken for weeks and it's not her problem. With all the restaurants in the area, we decided to go to McAllisters. IS this how ALL Panda Expresses are managed?????

I spent nearly $100 on food at this restaurant and was disappointed to receive honey-walnut shrimp in all four large containers. Everything else was just okay. This location has declined in quality, and is no longer as convenient or worth the visit. While the plain shrimp I received wasn't terrible, it's not something I would choose to order again.

I feel like this Panda is going downhill...I don 't work to far from this one so it 's nice to come to this one when I take my lunch whenever I want it. However, a day like today, really makes me wish that I didn 't get it. The portion for a bigger plate when I paid $15, and some change is NOT worth it at all. Also, my honey sesame chicken was more vegetables and almost all mainly veggies underneath everything. Also, I paid an extra $1.25 just to get one side of honey walnut shrimp that was practically only halfway full, which again is annoying because I am paying that premium price for it. I went through the drive thru (which is also what I try to avoid, but I had just gone to the eye doctor and was getting ready to head back to work. So, the food was very mediocre. Oh, and also, chop the onion chunks up a little more...I had some big pieces in there it was SO STRONG and way to much in one bite. Let 's also not forget that it was cold by the time I made it 5 mins down the street, I can def understand it getting luke warm, but this just showed me that the food had been sitting.

Worst service ever, girl assume the cook came from outside with male friend. Never washed her hands but wore a mask. Serve male friend went to register and gave assume an employee discount. Walk back in my direction just stood there not saying anything for around d 30 seconds than left. I assumed the cashier finally help me me. The food was old and store was not busy. Cut on food cost and waste maybe belp lower prices. Quality is not the same. The cashier did help and was polite.

Everything in my order was fine EXCEPT my fried rice smells and tastes like human urine and also I found a long black hair that wasn't just on it but was mixed into it. I'm completely disgusted and cannot finish eating and everyone in my home agreed the urine taste and smell was there so it wasn't just me. I actually feel sick now, it was a family meal with a few extra charges on things so it wasn't cheap it cost about 60.00 and I can't even eat it
