Mcdonalds - Elkhart

This has been the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. The service is consistently slow, whether you're in the drive-thru or dining in. The employees seem unmotivated to provide good customer service, with the exception of a few younger staff members. Recently, I waited 15 minutes without seeing anyone attend to us in the dining room, and when we finally received our order, it was incorrect. There was no ice for the soda, and my grandfather had to wait for someone to bring him tea from the kitchen. I truly cannot emphasize enough how unpleasant my experiences at this McDonald's have been. We chose to eat here for my son's birthday against my better judgment, and it ended up being a huge disappointment. We should have gone to the McDonald's on the other side of the city, where we likely would have received our food in a timely manner. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but this place needs to address the issues with its employees, who consistently seem to work at a snail's pace.

They love their steak egg and cheese bagels and the hash browns. service was fast, friendly and accurate. lines can be quite long during the meal times. child-friendly: children absolutely love the drinks options with the children's meals

I always order the daily double and it’s always fresh ! Only issue that I had was a rude employee at the drive thru window but that was solved quickly ..

A gentleman took our order, and the service was fantastic—he definitely deserves a raise. I've been coming here since the early '90s, and I absolutely love this location.

This McDonalds is clearly struggling. It is short-staffed and the wait was incredibly long. To make matters worse, the manager or assistant manager was extremely rude to customers who asked about the status of their orders. We never did end up getting the right drink that my nephew ordered. I do not plan to come back again; and, until they're better staffed, I wouldn't really recommend ordering food from this location.
