Ihop - Elkhart

Ordered curbside pick up, right on the receipt it says three times CURBSIDE lol. I just sat in their parking lot for 45 minutes (I am patient) before calling them and being informed the food has been ready, and they asked me where I was??? Woe. Cold food, horrible services, save yourself some time and frustration, eat anywhere else.

Food was good, waiter was friendly, service was a smidgen slow.

Took forever to get our drinks my water didnt even have ice (they werent even busy only 3 other tables) The guy cleaning tables was on his ph talking and laughing loud, the waitress lacked personality had to ask for things more than once. Chocolate chip pancakes had maybe 5 chocolate chips. Food wasnt even warm.

We arrived at 6 pm and were extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. Everyone in the establishment seemed to be unhappy with the service they were receiving. There was only one waiter serving around 30 people, and it appeared that he was either inexperienced or poorly trained. We had to wait a long time for our food, for the bill, and then encountered issues when trying to pay with a debit card. It would have been better for the restaurant to close rather than ruin people's evenings with such poor service.

Food was good. I think they were short staffed the day we visited as the server we had was not the best, maybe it was someone from the back or just very new.
