In the midst of nowhere, in a tiny town, this restaurant surprisingly excels. The queso burger was incredibly delicious. The beer is ordinary but affordable, and they serve generous portions. There's pool, music, karaoke, and a hint of that awkward, old rural charm, but I genuinely enjoyed it, especially since I was just in Kansas for the state high point. View all feedback.

Drunken Roots may be slightly away from the main highway, but it's definitely worth the journey. The burgers are amazing, the staff is welcoming, and the decor is quite stylish. I look forward to coming back the next time I'm in Elkhart.
