Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Elkhart

It took 45 minutes to get our food. Nobody seemed to know what they did. we've been waiting for that. but they were just to update a meal. I will not come back

The bottom bun is soggy, there is too much lettuce, and barely any ketchup. I wonder if the staff would eat it if they were served that way. The service is usually good, but this experience left me dissatisfied.

I had to wait a few minutes, but the man's burger was good. Unfortunately, my chili cheese dog was not. However, overall the food at this restaurant is usually great.

I like that when the.line. is held back a little and their order is small, they come out to take their payment so they don't have to wait so long.

This Dairy Queen is always slow and difficult to get in and out of. There can be no one in line or in the store and it will still take 20 min to make an order. Like its mind boggling slow. Even then most of the time the order is actually wrong.
