It was a very busy Tuesday night when my group came for dinner! Nice to see a small neighborhood bar that busy. The food was great and came in very large portions, so I took half of it home for another meal. The waitperson was extremely busy. It was a pleasant evening, I hope to go back again soon. What April M doesn't like about Cappy's Northside And Grill:
Ordered my usual salad with chicken. In the past salad loaded with red and yellow peppers. Lots of blue cheese crumbles and 2 hard boiled eggs with lots of tender chicken. This time few green pepper slices, sprinkle of cheddar cheese, half a boiled egg. Topped of with a few pieces of dry stringy chicken! Awful! Will not be back! View all feedback.
Visiting an ailing loved one for a few days. Was looking to get my sister and step-mom, caregivers extraordinaire, something nice to eat. Was impressed by the kind and sweet service. Thanks,Jess!...I believe that's the bartender's name. I also had a cocktail while I waited for my to-go order!
Food was great! Awesome eating somewhere that’s been open since 1945. We had white chicken chilli for an app, a smoked ham sandwhich and a chop steak burger. Topped it off with one of their ginormous slices of cheesecake! Nice little place to go in Elkhart County.
Love the food and the people. Great place they always make you feel at home.
Excellent find in Elkhart. Cozy, hole in the wall, food is great, reasonably priced. Kelly waited on us and is family to present and past owners. Kelly is friendly, informative and did a great job. Jalapeno ketchup was new to us and wonderful. We bought 2 at cost to bring home.
Great little place to eat! First time I was there but definitely will be going back. Service was First rate and the food was fantastic.
