Biggby Coffee - Elkhart

Absolutely horrible service. Walked in, only ones in there, five people working, and they blatantly ignored my family and I. didn’t even say “hold on one second we will be right with you”, they said absolutely nothing and didn’t even look in our direction until we walked out upset. They need to learn manners and how to greet customers!!

Excellent service every time. Best coffee drinks around. Try the Butter Bear. Delicious......

I don't know why any of the locations can't make me a good iced coffee... I will stick with dunkin! It's either watered down or loaded sweet.

First time trying Biggby Coffee and I prefer them over Starbucks. More variety options to choose from, I ordered the Frozen Campfire Latte, Banana Split Creme Freeze, Donut Holes, and a couple bagels, everything tasted good. The Banana Split Creme Freeze is packed with flavor and stays true to it's name, the Frozen Campfire Latte was also the perfect pick me up. I'll be interested in trying their other lattes and creme freeze drinks in the future, there's so many options to choose from and they all look delicious. I highly recommend.

Red Bull Cream Freeze is a perfect pick me up for those hot summer days.
