I haven't been with Arby for years. I went in on a whim. The staff was not busy at the time, no other customers. I live alone and talk to several young people. I rarely have someone I can talk to for months. I asked a lot of questions about my annoying medical problems that do not allow me to eat some of the wonderful and appetizing products that your company offers. I used to love the food but it seems Everytime I go no matter the time it says online they are closed..630 7 8 etc..it's very disappointing when these businesses don't keep the web up to date..I would think it be a priority these days..I always check online first no matter the time yet I get upset when I get up load up and drive there just to hear they are closed at 7pm but open til 12am..hmmmm View all feedback.
The food was decent, but hardly warm. drive thru expect to finish 1 hour. I was here 3 times in the last month .. said to make fresh pommes and made to wait. they weren't fresh!
I was just treated with such a disrespect on this trip that I have a hard time to process the situation, and then, when I asked for a manager, the little boy came back and told me that she was very busy running and I could come in and wait for her. as service warranty manager for the entire west coast and quite kanada, I assure them that I treated / sworn how this little boy did me. I'd be unemployed.
This restaurant was not bad I love happy hour the staff were quick with our order hot eating fresh pommes.
Is open! the workers are curious and polite as always. on a sunny day the whole place is bright and cheerful. and on the afternoon they play a national anthem in the radio.
It's not that it's a bad place to eat. They don't have the kind of sandwiches I like. It's always busy, so please stop by give it a try.
