Diamond city bread is the best bread ever. They also make my favorite bronze muffins and delicious Potica bread.
It was downstairs and it had a welcoming feel to it. The woman behind the counter was in her element, she looked and is a baker of these fabulous breads. ?
They have a good selection of breads and baked goods. The quality is high and consistent. I've been going her for almost 15 years and have never been disappointed. I generally bake my own bread, coming here is a real treat. The potica is especially good.

I would give this restaurant a 10/10 rating. The Sourdough bread and baked goods are delicious. We visit every couple of weeks and stock up on items to freeze since we live outside of Elk River and don't want to run out. The friendly staff is also a major plus. Thank you!
