Applebee's Grill - Elk River

Our server was Sam, who worked hard on a busy Saturday night. He was friendly, efficient, and attentive. It had been a few years since we last visited Applebee's, but we were impressed with our recent experience. We tried the two for $24 deal, which included an appetizer and the delicious oriental chicken salad. The decor with its common artworks and pictures gave the restaurant a cozy, local feel rather than a standard chain restaurant ambiance.

Initially, our server (whose name I did not catch) at the restaurant forgot my sister's request for crispy grilled chicken on her salad. Additionally, my husband sat in a sticky chair. These issues were brought to their attention, and they kindly made up for it by giving us dessert for two to take home. We appreciate Applebee's excellent customer service and wish we had one closer to where we live.

Last Friday, April 29th, my daughter, two granddaughters, and I had dinner at Applebee's in Elk River. My daughter was experiencing a medical emergency, and we were grateful for the help of a nearby diner who happened to be a medic. Our waitress and the manager were also very helpful, calling an ambulance and keeping the situation as private as possible. The paramedics and ambulance service were also wonderful in assisting us with my daughter and calming the two scared children. After 6 days in the hospital, my daughter is now home. Elk River is lucky to have such caring people in the community.

Excellent Happy Hour 3-6 and 9-Close not sure this exact time Chicken Queacidia sp? is like a meal per se 1/2 price or $5, excellent. The cheese sticks are also delicious.

Great food and atmosphere. Definitely that hometown feeling. Prices acceptable. Employees very friendly and attentive.
