If such a policy exists, it should be clearly communicated during the online ordering process or within the app. I've always used the app for my orders, and this requirement has never been mentioned or enforced before. If the rule is only posted in-store, how are online customers supposed to be aware of it? Moreover, what are the chances that someone would have all the accurate order details if it were fraudulent? The excuse of “there's so much fraud nowadays” doesn’t hold up here. While fraud does happen daily, common sense should prevail, and it was obvious no fraud was involved. I can’t help but question whether my husband’s race influenced the cashier’s treatment. This incident took place on November 28, 2023, around 3:30 PM.

Our last three experiences have been t... read more Unfortunately, this will be our last visit to this Wingstop location, and we’ll be advising everyone we know to avoid it. Our last three experiences have been terrible. First, they always say the wait is 20 minutes, but we ended up waiting 45 minutes each time. Despite seeing longer wait times inside, they never update the estimate. Second, every order has been incorrect—missing meals, missing ranch, something is always wrong. Third, the customer service is disappointing. Staff clearly don’t care when we point out missing items—no apologies or effort to fix things. Today, we told the staff about our past issues, and they assured us the wings were all in one carton. Once home, a whole order of wings was missing! When we asked for a manager, they were reluctant to provide any help and offered no apology or compensation. We had to return twice just to get the dinner we paid for, and even after the second trip, the order was still wrong. It’s truly shameful. The supposed supervisor, Aaron, was unhelpful and showed no sympathy or understanding despite our frustrations. We expected better from new management but were sorely disappointed. We love Wingstop, but we’ll be driving farther to the Florin location for great service. Do not come here!
