Came to order a drink for my sister, they were very friendly and patient since I had to call about certain specifications regarding the drink. What User doesn't like about Tea 18 Genuine Tea Stores:
Placed my order through their self order kiosk and noticed that their topping prices were different when compared to their menu. Ordered the lavender black tea with herbal jelly and an Oreo ice blended. Their lavender black tea was good according to my girl friend, their herbal jelly was very silky. I always order Avocado Iced Blended. I was so disappointed today. The avocado is hard. They should have told me that their avocados are not yet ready. I should've ordered a different one.
The best boba tea I've ever had and that's saying a lot. The boba drinks (classics milk tea) I get are always consistent. Never too sweet or too to watery. The actual boba is really good and has a distinct taste that makes u want to go back for more. Don't sleep on this little boba shop. One thing I can say is they do run out of boba in the afternoon.
Be prepared to wait 20-30 mins for one drink. one person doing the register and making drinks. the drink is okay but definitely not worth the wait
30+ minute for tea and not that crowded. Not rlly worth BUT tea was pretty good they made drinks out of order, ppl who came after got their drinks earlier
Bad service here. They don't keep up with their supplies. They should have informed us that they ran out of boba so we could place an order for a different topping but no, they just proceeded and made the plain drinks without anything in it and decided themselves that they would just refund us $1.50 dollars for the boba without asking us if we need something else in replacement.
