Came to order a drink for my sister, they were very friendly and patient since I had to call about certain specifications regarding the drink. What User doesn't like about Tea 18 Genuine Tea Stores:
Placed my order through their self order kiosk and noticed that their topping prices were different when compared to their menu. Ordered the lavender black tea with herbal jelly and an Oreo ice blended. Their lavender black tea was good according to my girl friend, their herbal jelly was very silky. I can always count on Tea18 to have great quality Classic Milk Tea(Black, Jasmine, Oolong, HM Green with a buttery tasting Cheese Foam! If you havent tried it yet, I encourage you to do so :
Popcorn Chicken was a bit burnt. Oolong Milk tea was good, but nothing special.
The Classic Milk Tea (Black, Jasmine, Oolong, HM Green, and Okinawa Milk Tea) is absolutely delicious! It's a fantastic value for such high-quality milk tea. I would definitely recommend trying Tea 18!
I waited over 30 minutes for tea despite it not being very crowded. It wasn't really worth the wait, although I have to say the tea was quite good. However, they seemed to serve drinks out of order, as some people who arrived after me got their drinks before I did.
The service here was disappointing. They failed to manage their supplies properly. We should have been informed that they were out of boba so we could choose a different topping, but instead, they went ahead and made our drinks plain. They unilaterally decided to refund us $1.50 for the boba without checking if we wanted an alternative topping.
