Starbucks Coffee - Elk Grove

I order a drink online yesterday the app said it would be ready by 8:20. I arrived a few minutes after 8:20, I seen my drink ready the young lady asked my name I told her she said she has a few more drinks ahead of me. So I go stand off to the side about 10 minutes go by and she asked my name again once again I told her and she says oh your drink is right here. And handed me the drink I seen sitting there when I first came in. I said I thought you had a few drinks before me, she says oh I just made it a few minutes ago. I said no that?s been there. She stayed with her lie, so I walked away and left. I called the store and no one has gotten back to me. Terrible customer service I will not be going back to this location.

I have to say I get starbucks every morning but this starbucks especially went above and beyond. I have never had such great customer service. Vika was especially helpful but the hole crew was was great too. Thank you for your great service

Drink was wonderful, store manager was very engaging with her customers. The wait time was crazy between mobil orders and drive thru fulfillment, walk up took a bit. I?m sure staffing is an issue just like the rest of the world. Wish y?all the best!!!

I really liked this Starbucks. Had a mocha coffee while I was busy Elk Grove area. A beautiful place.

Very nice young lady at register kindly told me that pumpkin spice or ANYTHING pumpkin on drinks is out for the season....bummer my favorite drink. I got a small peppermint white mocha instead since I couldn 't have the cream brulee 'caramel ' because it has gluten in it. Hopefully it won 't hurt my stomach bad gluten does that looks like nice staff a small nice coffee place :
