Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Elk Grove

I've ordered the Family Feast 3 times. First time, they put the the sauce for the beans and rice into the mashed potatoes. I was wondering since they didn't give us the gravy. I was fine with that, because accidents happen. But then they did it a second time, so now it's not an accident and that they aren't paying attention to the order. The third time there, we didn't even get one of our sides! This was the final straw, not coming back here again. No wonder they only have 1 1/2 stars! They also serve fake honey!

It was close to closing and they were still welcoming and helpful to me and my family of four.

Best fried chicken in Elk Grove in my opinion. Clean looking place. Staff was friendly and efficient.

They forgot to pack our side of beans and rice. Food is tasty. But the lack of care is disappointing. Not the first time this location forgets something from our order.
