Pho Huy Hoang - Elk Grove

I absolutely love this place! It has quickly become one of my favorite spots in all of Sacramento. I tried the Vegetarian rice and it was fantastic—so much flavor for around six dollars, I received a generous portion of delicious food. Our group has made this a new go-to for lunch. I highly recommend Pho Huy Hoang to anyone looking for tasty Vietnamese food at an affordable price, and served quickly.

I'm always satisfied when I visit this restaurant. It's a great spot to bring friends and family to experience authentic Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. They serve one of the best homemade wonton noodle soups you'll ever have. Come in and see for yourself!

Lunch was definitely worth the drive from Auburn. It was a delightful return to our favorite Vietnamese restaurant. The quality of the food and the service remain unmatched. My top choice from the menu is item #32, and I also highly recommend the vegetarian spring rolls—they're fantastic!

Great beef noodles soup. Very fast and good prices.

The food and service are great! We have been coming to this restaurant since it opened. The owner was very accommodating to our dietary restrictions (vegan) and made us vegetable noodle soup with vegetable broth, broccoli, carrots, bok choy, and tofu. It's now been added to the menu and its a hit. The vegetables are always fresh and the broth is not salty (others may find it bland but we love it).
