As always, Papa greeted us at the door with a warm smile, shaking hands with the men and giving hugs to the women. His daughter was our waitress, and she was incredibly helpful and sweet, ensuring everything was perfect for us—not just our seating, but also checking if we needed anything else. The service was fantastic, as was the food.

Despite wanting to leave, we had enjoyed our last three visits here. Luckily, our server was wonderful. Although she wasn’t dressed like a typical server, she was friendly and attentive, which made our experience much better. Amazing restaurant!!!! The owner comes and talks with everyone, it’s amazing! Plus you can take how authentic the food is! A must try for any Italian food lovers!!!

Second time dinning at Palermo restaurant. Enjoyed dinner, staff and experience. I would recommend this restaurant for family and a date night.
Have been going to this restaurant for years and will continue going because of the good food and very friendly staff. Love the Zambaione. Must try if you haven't been!
