Mountain Mike's Pizza - Elk Grove

The restaurant has unsafe food handling practices. When I ordered a pizza for takeout, I witnessed the cashier eating and wiping his mouth with a napkin before making my pizza without washing his hands or changing gloves. When I confronted him about this, he lied and said he had washed his hands. I was shocked by his lack of concern for proper hygiene and decided not to eat the pizza I had purchased there. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Do not return to this restaurant. The pizza tasted like a frozen pizza. I used to come here frequently to see if anything changed.

I placed my order over the phone and waited for 25 minutes as instructed. When I arrived at the restaurant, the Mozzarella sticks were not ready, so I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. By the time I received my order, everything was cold. The pizza was not hot, the flavors were off, and the Mozzarella sticks took so long to prepare. In the future, I may just opt for delivery so that the food stays hot when we order again.

Pizza was really good. We like the pepperoni that curls up. We also had plain chicken wings, which were decent. A little pricey, but what pizza isn't, right? We will come back again to try other items in the menu.

I always come to this location. Pizza is hot and fresh every time I come and the people are friendly ?? they always offer deals when you call and my orders have been right for the most part. If your looking for good pizza and not to spend $60 to feed 4 people this is the spot
