Pizza Hut Express - Elk Grove Village

This place was an absolute horrible experience for me. I placed my order through the phone and everything appeared to be going smooth. Once I get to the store the door is locked. Mind you, they weren 't closed. Plus, there was no heads up about the door being temporarily locked when I was on the phone. If I would 've been notified when I called, then I wouldn 't be leaving this negative review. Heres another crazy thing, the person that was working there looks up and notices me BUT PRETENDS to not see me. I call the restaurant about the situation and they told me that they were gonna redirect the call to another office. Like what? So when they called me about my order being ready I didn 't respond. I played them at their own game, I pretended to not see the incoming phone call. This location NEEDS TO DO BETTER. When I looked up the store and saw the rating, I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt. Now I see why it has a 2.6 star rating.

Yo this pizza is really delicious. Great customer service from Kevin. I was in the neighborhood doing a photoshoot and we thought to grab a pizza fromThis cool little spot on the corner. To my surprise another gem in the heart of Koreatown, Schaumburg, IL. Pizza Hut Express is good. Large pepperoni is great!

We bought three pizzas from this place. While we were eating, we found a strand of hair in one of them embedded inside. We called at 7, she picked up and said they were closed for the evening. We said that we thought they closed at 8 and explained that we had just picked up our pizza and found a hair. She said, “well, I’m not feeling well so I’m closing early. There couldn’t have been a hair in your pizza. If you have a problem, call back tomorrow.” And hung up on us. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I have a picture of the pizza as proof. Horrible customer service. She has no excuse to have been talking to her customers like this. Disgusted. Only giving one star because I can’t give 0.

I visit this great restaurant from time to time! This is my favorite place to grab a bite. I visit this place frequently. The meals are excellent, the workers are friendly and the prices are reasonable. I enjoy being in this spot to have a decent lunch.

Ordered from here on July 22. I ordered $70.00 worth of food. When we got it it was ALL undercooked Thank ! I had to rebake every single item in MY OVEN!! When we contacted corporate and the store itself about the issue all we got was $20.00 credit to a store almost 5 miles away when this store is one mile away. Not only that but we would have to go to pick it up. Because they refuse to deliver. Corporate was supposed to follow up and never did. We wrote back to both stating how ridiculously sad this offer to make it up to us was and no one contacted us again. So we spend $70 for raw food and all we get was a measly $20 credit to a store we have to go out of our way for. Will never order from Pizza Hut again. You just lost a valued customer of over 20 years. All for crappy customer service!!
