After a recent experience with the Hanover Park site, I was ready to write LC completely. But this place is fast, friendly and prepares order properly. The parking lot is a mess, but definitely not her fault. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
BALANCE Try to order for our company for Friday lunch and was said to order the app because the guy was TOO busy to take the order. Went online and could not order there, App said contact with the store. I called back and tried to put the order again, and he said he couldn't do it and he didn't know what to say! What are you doing? We ordered Dominos and I'm so happy we did. View all feedback.
I don't know what has happened to this location, but it's AWFUL. Last order, everything was burnt, the deep deep dish pizzas were round, and only parts of them had the deep sides. The thin crust wasn't cut. Will not be returning.

A Detroit Style Deep Dish ordered top pizza with 3 other pizzas and drinks. I sent my staff to pick it up. I look at the reception and instead of $13 plus taxes for the DSDD Supreme Pizza they charge $17.56 plus taxes because they have calculated a DSDD pizza and added individual toppings that made more overall. I called the store and Digna answered the phone and was rude and said that is how much their store fees when I know it is not true because other stores charge $13 because I have bought the same pizza before and I called to check another store because perhaps the prices have changed and that is actually the price to 2 others near stores I called. You can see clearly on the receipt that the toppings are added and calculated. She refused to let me talk to a manager when I called. She is not sufficiently educated and I will make a complaint to Little Caesar's company that this business is appropriate about fees and has no proper training or manager in service. It is not about the $5 dollars I was overwhelmed, but simply that she was rude and lied that this is the price of her charging fees, instead of saying that she made a mistake and offer to pay me back via the phone.
Luke deserves a raise! Don't move! He's on everything! If other employees don't really know what's going on, he's 10 steps ahead of them. Super friendly. Amazing memory. Seriously, if he's not a manager, make him one! PRONTO! As a van for 3 years, I have many restaurants and very rare someone stands out so much!
This locations?s business practice is shameful. For example, this location only has ready cheese pizzas that are ?extra cheese.? So they charge you the extra cheese price even though you ask for regular cheese. The box they give you for ?extra cheese? isn?t marked extra cheese, and has the same amount of cheese as a regular one. Now, it?s only $1.50/pizza more, not a big deal at all. But, if they are doing this, what else are they doing? What other corners are they cutting? This isn?t the first time this has happened to me as I figured it was a fluke, but it wasn?t.
