Ordered Caramel Latte with DD app when i showed up the lady got my receipt and said Latte machine is not working, ok it happens some time BUT when i asked can you cancel the order then she said NO she can?t but offered to come for my LATTE tomorrow,TOMORROW WHAAT!!!??? The app says they will bring the order out to you but they don't. They need to update their instructions. Otherwise, fast service and your typical Dunkin.
Friendliest staff! They actually make the Lattes unlike some other spots, oh and they don't add tap water to the cold brew.

Rare to see such an organized store, even during the busy holiday season. Staff also takes interest and is attentive to customer orders.
Dunkin' Donuts is fantastic; the donuts are delicious! Ordering a dozen is quick and hassle-free, and the prices are very reasonable.
