I'm not happy! Not only that it took 15 minutes to go drought drive thru, but my food had mold on the bungalow. That's disgusting! It's almost impossible to talk to a person personally. I sent an email to get her back. And they took care of the whole meal. The young lady who called was very polite and took care of her personally when I came there the next day. EDIT: I've revised my rating to 4 stars, thanks solely to a young man named José who works here. I returned the next morning to get my order, and he processed it without hesitation, even upgrading my coffee to a larger size! You've earned a repeat customer!
I'm really dissatisfied with my experience! It took 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru, and to top it off, my food had mold on the bun—so disgusting! It's nearly impossible to reach someone for help. I sent an email to voice my concerns, and they ended up compensating me for the entire meal. The young lady who called me was very polite and addressed my concerns when I went back the next day. Thank you for honoring your promise!
Fantastic quick service! Nancy was amazing—she handled everything at once with ease. She really knows what she’s doing! The restaurant was very clean, and there was ample parking for our large vehicle!
Great food was so fresh and it was very clean great experience
