I had the Spicy J Chicken Rice Bowl. It was delicious and the J seasoning was on point. However, the chicken was dry and the Garlic Butter rice should just be called Butter rice. NOW!!!! THE MAC CHEESE WAS THE BOMB!!!! Loved the service and the portion size for the money. I would definitely eat again at this restaurant. Thank you for your service.....

Wow. This food tasted great! They need to come up with a new term, because this beats normal takeout and most casual sit downs food by miles. I will caution you, if you pick up, make sure you know you are going before getting into the car and pay attention to the address . But that little quirk is nothing in comparison to what you are bringing home. When the door opened, the best cooking smell I could ever remember was my greeter. I knew from that point this would be good. Finally got home and unpacked the food, which was thoughtfully packed. J chicken was amazing. I've tried to make this at home so many times, but nothing close to the degree here. Chicken was prepared well and the j seasoning was great. The only thing missing was being on a Jamaican beach with the grill (they use a specific wood) burning. Also for the timid, it is not overly spicy! Just Great flavor! The Mac and cheese by far was one of the best I've had from any restaurant. Cheesy, yet the pasta still kept up, Not anywhere close to those big globs of stuff you bring from other places. Finished off with bread pudding. Also very well prepared. Nice and rich and not overly sweet. After the meal, the first thing I did was go back to the menu to see what I was going to order next time! Yes, you need to seek this this place out if you love chicken and Mac and cheese! Definitely coming back for more!

So I had the Honor of feasting on this delicious food at this years Taste Of Chicago. We stood in line for 2 hours and in my opinion it was well worth the wait. We tried the J Chicken Macaroni Bowl and it was phenomenal. Really wanted to try the J Chicken and Rice Bowl but I guess next time. They were sold out. Highly recommend the food is bomb. Give these people all of your money

Wanted to try this spot at the taste of Chicago. They ran out of chicken and they had the worst Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. A block of half melted curdy cheese. Went straight to the trash. Not even my dog wanted some.

They catered my bestie's birthday party and the food was so amazing, everyone was bugging the hosts for their info! The mac cheese was amazing along with the cornbread peach cobbler. Honestly everything they made was delicious! We can't wait to have their food again!
