Rude drive thru. I ordered online and my order was incorrect on multiple occasions. I pay $13 per drink and not a difficult order. Venti 6 shot white mocha breve no whip warm or a venti shaken esspresso white chocolate sweet cream 2 extra shots blond. Nothing extreame but always wrong. View all feedback.
The whole experience suck waited in line for 20 minutes and the coffee was more like hot milk so elk city don't go
Always wait 20 minutes or more in the drive through. If you want to get your coffee here, go inside you might get lucky and get your coffee faster!

I usually love this store. I regularly order online pick up at the drive thru. Today my iced shaken espresso was warm on bottom as there was barely any ice in it. I had to ask for an extra cup of ice so I could have the iced drink I ordered. The matcha I ordered was not even mixed. I don’t know why the service was so bad today when it’s usually on point. I should have asked them to remake my drinks but the drive thru line was quite long I didn’t want to hold it up any longer as I had already sat in the line for 30 minutes.
Really nice Starbucks, very clean and well maintained. And honestly just a amazing group of people working at this location. Which was a very welcome sight for me, moving across country and needing a safe place to stop to recharge!
