What Steve Wilson doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Good food and service, but staff on the drive thru weren't aware of the new pulled pork sandwiches or the new fish sandwich. That's a lack of communication or training. They need to have someone check the orders as they frequently leave something out. Everyone is nice and some of the food is very good. But, they need to let employees know of new items. I needed enough food for 20 people (firefighters), and they were very helpful! Fixed everything fresh for me, gave a discount, and a handful of coupons. I was very thankful for them. View all feedback.
