I did the detox with 6 bottles of juice and I honestly wasn't as hungry as I thought I was! I ate a handful of nuts twice during the day and finished my last bottle about an hour before the bed. I woke up before I started and I weighed about 30 hours later and I lost 5.2 pounds, I was shocked!
