The service was quick, and the food was good. However, I found the cashier at the drive-thru to be a bit off-putting, as she was also at the intercom while waiting on me, which I wouldn't appreciate over the phone either. I understand this may be due to company cost-saving measures and is not the employee's fault. On March 17, 2022, the food was served fast and hot, but the self-service drink area is in need of updates or repairs; there was moisture on the floor, some corrosion on the stainless steel, and the lower doors were damaged. These issues could potentially raise health inspection concerns. The dining area felt warm, and the restroom was uncomfortable and needed maintenance, particularly with the toilet. Additionally, the lack of music or a TV in the dining area made it feel unwelcoming. Overall, the store could benefit from some updates. On May 8, 2022, we decided to dine out for Mother's Day in the evening to avoid the crowds. Around 8:15 PM, I noticed the parking lot was empty, yet the drive-thru was still operational. When we approached the entrance, it was locked, and there was no note indicating the closing time, which was supposed to be 10 PM. Communication about changes in hours would be appreciated! In the end, we ended up eating at a nearby cracker barrel.

The staff here is excellent and incredibly friendly; it's refreshing to see employees who know how to smile, which is often overlooked in many companies. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. I always leave this place feeling happy!

The service was a bit slow, but it's important to note that many fast food establishments are facing challenges with hiring and training staff. The food was prepared just as well as it was before the pandemic. Additionally, the prices remain stable, without any unexpected increases.
